Hi, my name is Noelle Handley and I have been in the beauty industry for 14 years. I not only do specialty colors and color corrections, I love cut hair as well. I also am a make- up artist been doing make up for weddings, photoshoots, and pagents for 12 years. Hair and make up are my passion. Thank you!
